Terms and conditions for booking trips for travel agents
1 General provisions:
1.1 These regulations set out the rules for booking places on the 5-day tours offered by the Tourist Agency.
1.2 Bookings are only possible for other travel agents who have registered with and been approved by the Tourism Agency.
2 Booking procedure:
2.1 The travel agency interested in participating in the tour undertakes to complete the booking form available on the website of the Tourist Agency.
2.2 In the booking form, you must provide all the necessary information, including contact details, number of people, accommodation preferences, etc.
2.3 Once the form has been submitted, the travel agent will receive a confirmation of the booking to the e-mail address provided.
3 Payments:
3.1 Once the booking has been confirmed, the travel agent undertakes to make a prepayment by the agreed deadline and in accordance with the information contained in the booking confirmation.
3.2 If payment is not made on time, the Tourist Agency reserves the right to cancel the booking.
4 Cancellation and Refund Policy:
4.1 The travel bureau may cancel a reservation at no additional cost up to a certain date stated in the booking confirmation.
4.2 In the event of cancellation after the specified deadline, the Tourist Agency may charge a cancellation fee in accordance with the agreed rates.
4.3 In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances such as force majeure, the Tourist Agency reserves the right to amend the cancellation conditions.
5 Changes to the Excursion Programme:
5.1 The Tourist Agency reserves the right to make changes to the tour programme due to circumstances beyond its control.
5.2 The travel agent will be informed of any changes to the programme as soon as possible.
6 Accountability:
6.1 The Tourist Agency is not responsible for damage or loss of property of tour participants.
6.2 The travel agent undertakes to comply with all regulations and rules of the places visited during the tour.
7 Final Provisions:
7.1 These regulations shall enter into force upon publication on the website of the Tourist Agency.
7.2 The Tourism Agency reserves the right to amend the regulations at any time by informing travel agents by e-mail.
7.3 In the event of disputes, the parties undertake to resolve them by negotiation. In the event of disagreement, disputes will be settled by the competent courts.
