Regulations of the Wojanów Palace Hotel
These rules and regulations are intended to ensure the peace and security of your stay at our Palace.
- A room in the hotel is rented by the day.
- Check-in time is from 14:00 to 11:00.
- If the guest does not specify the length of stay when renting the room, it is assumed that the room has been rented for one night.
- Any wish to extend the stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival should be notified by the hotel guest at reception by 10:00 a.m. of the day on which the room rental period expires.
- The hotel takes into account requests to extend your stay as far as possible.
- The hotel provides services according to its standard. If you have any concerns about the quality of service, please report them to reception as soon as possible so that we can respond promptly.
- The hotel is required to provide:
- conditions for complete and unhindered guest relaxation,
- security of the stay, including maintaining the confidentiality of guest information,
- professional and courteous service,
- to clean the room and carry out any necessary repairs to the facilities in the absence of the guest, and only if the guest agrees and wishes to be present,
- offer, as far as possible, another room or otherwise alleviate the inconvenience if the defects in the room cannot be rectified.
- At the guest's request, the hotel provides the following services free of charge:
- providing information related to residence and travel,
- wake-up call at the appointed time,
- storage of money and valuables during the guest's stay at the hotel,
- storage of luggage of guests checked into the hotel.

- The hotel's liability for loss of or damage to money, securities, valuables or objects of scientific or artistic value is limited if these items are not deposited at the reception.
- The hotel is not responsible for damage to or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to a guest.
- The Hotel Guest shall be materially liable for any damage or destruction of the Hotel's furnishings and technical equipment caused by the Guest or his/her visitors.
- Each time the guest leaves the room, he or she should check the door lock and leave the key at the reception.
- The hotel guest may not transfer the room to a third party, even if the period for which they have paid the fee has not expired.
- The hotel may refuse to accommodate a guest who has grossly violated the hotel regulations during a previous stay or ask a guest to leave the hotel who has caused damage to guests or hotel employees or who has disrupted the operation of the facility.
- Persons not checked into the hotel may stay in the hotel room from 07:00 to 22:00.
- The hotel maintains a curfew from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. The hotel reserves the right to organise occasional night events that may violate this rule.
- The behaviour of Guests and persons using the hotel's services should not disturb the peaceful stay of other Guests. The hotel may refuse to provide further services, as well as impose a financial penalty on the person who violates this rule.
- Personal effects left by the departing guest in the hotel room may be returned to the address indicated by the guest at the guest's expense. If such instructions are not received, the hotel will store these items for 3 months.
- All guests are obliged to comply with the laws in force in the Republic of Poland. It is forbidden to bring firearms (except for guests with appropriate permits), dangerous tools and the use or resale of intoxicants of any kind onto the premises.
- Due to the historic nature of the Palace and fire safety, smoking and tobacco products are strictly prohibited in all areas of the hotel under penalty of a fine of PLN 800.
